Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to make it right. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow our verification process:

  • Reporting Period: All complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Mandatory Documentation: For your claim to be processed, you must provide:

    1. A Complete Unboxing Video: Recorded continuously from the moment the package is first opened (showing the sealed box/bag being broken).

    2. A Clear Photo of the Shipping Label: Ensure the tracking number and recipient details are legible.

Resolution Process

Once our team receives your unboxing video and photo, we will review the details within 1–2 business days. Valid claims for damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a replacement or a return, processed with the utmost care to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Complaints submitted without a valid unboxing video or past the 7-day window may unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

  • Please ensure the product remains in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact until the complaint is resolved.
